Double Room in Spacious Top Floor Flat

I'm looking for a girlie to share my spacious top floor flat, situated a 1 minute walk from North Harrow tube station with several bus routes right outside the door. There's loads of shops on the doorstep and secured underground parking on site, including visitor parking which is rare in this city as you know!

You'll be sharing with me, I'm a longhaul stewardess so am away a LOT which means you'll have the place to yourself much of the time. I'm really fun and easy going and looking for someone who'll love and respect our home as much as I do. I have an extensive bar (perks of duty free!), and love to cook and throw the odd dinner party so would love to share with someone who enjoys socialising, but will equally share the day to day running of it. You'll be here more than I am so all I ask is that you please keep it clean and tidy and maybe water my plants once in a while if I'm away on a long trip! Lol 🪴🌲🌿

The room is a double and includes all bills including Virgin TV and Broadband, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, Disney Plus & Paramount as well as all mod cons including a dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer, Ninja air fryer etc... There is also a communal roof terrace for sunbathing and socialising and the neighbours are incredible! It's a fantastic building to live in.

I will consider small dogs as an additional roomie too, I'll even walk them for you if you’re at work. Sadly though, it just isn't big enough for anything you can't pick up and cats (litter trays) just sadly won't work either, I'm so sorry. 🙏

Rent is £925 a month including all bills and is available now.

I just have one tiny no-no I'm afraid though….. just as you'll have loads of space to yourself while I'm away, I do value mine too when I'm home so to that end, I really don't want to live with someone who works from home, I'm so sorry. 🙏❤️🙏

If you’re not familiar with the area itself, I call it the Cotswald’s with a tube station! Lol. Despite being only 180 steps to the tube station and 22 minutes to Baker Street, there is a working farm down the road, loads of hills and trees and woodlands, even a secret beach hidden in acres of woods which I love to walk around and grab a coffee. (The Ruislip Lido beach), and just down the road from that is Ducks Hill Farm where I get my eggs! In contrast there are a couple of Irish bars on the High Street who host some incredible live bands every weekend, and of course the famous 500 year old Harrow School on top of the hill with its cobbled streets and gas lamps, and incredible views over the city, I really do feel like I have the best of both worlds. ❤️💕❤️
